We collect what we need to run the site, fulfill your orders, and (if you let us) show you our ads on Facebook and TikTok. We never sell your personal information. You can opt out of ad tracking with one click on the banner at the bottom of our site.
This Privacy Policy explains how No Dawgs LLC ("NoDawgs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit nodawgs.com or our store at shop.nodawgs.com (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
What We Collect
Information you give us directly
When you contact us, place an order, or sign up for emails, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you give one), order details, and anything you write in messages or order notes. When you design a custom Cathouse, we save a small design code so we can produce the right product.
Payment information
Payment is processed by Shopify on shop.nodawgs.com. We do not see, store, or have access to your full credit card number — only the last four digits and the brand of card (for example, "Visa ending in 1234") appear on order records. Shopify handles the rest under their own security standards.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, your browser shares standard technical information that we and our service providers use to keep the Site running and to understand how it's used: IP address, approximate location (city or region), browser type and version, device type, the pages you view, how you got to the Site (referring URL), and the time of your visit.
Cookies and tracking pixels
We use three tracking technologies on the Site:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — measures site traffic and behavior so we can understand what's working. This is our internal analytics and runs by default. Opt out of Google Analytics here.
- Meta Pixel — lets us show our ads to you on Facebook and Instagram after you've visited the Site. Only fires if you accept it on our consent banner. Manage Facebook ad preferences here.
- TikTok Pixel — lets us show our ads to you on TikTok after you've visited the Site. Only fires if you accept it on our consent banner. Manage TikTok ad preferences here.
You'll see a consent banner the first time you visit the Site. Your choice is remembered for that browser. You can clear cookies any time to see the banner again and change your mind.
How We Use Your Information
- To fulfill your orders — process payment, ship product, send order updates, handle returns and customer service.
- To communicate with you — answer your questions, respond to contact form submissions, send transactional emails about your order.
- To improve the Site — understand which pages help customers and which don't.
- To show you our ads — if you've accepted ad tracking, we may show you NoDawgs ads on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. We do not advertise on any other platform.
- To meet legal obligations — comply with tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and regulatory requirements.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
- We do not rent or share your contact information with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not target ads to anyone we believe is under 16 years old.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
Who We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only the data they need to do their job:
- Shopify — payment processing, order management, store hosting
- Netlify — main website hosting (nodawgs.com)
- Google — site analytics (GA4)
- Meta / Facebook — ad delivery and measurement (only if you accept the consent banner)
- TikTok — ad delivery and measurement (only if you accept the consent banner)
- Shipping carriers — delivering your order (name, address, phone if provided)
- Email service providers — sending you transactional emails about your order
We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business sale or transfer.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes — generally seven years. Marketing email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google's GA4 default settings (currently 14 months). Tracking pixel data is governed by Meta's and TikTok's retention policies.
Your Rights and Choices

You can always:
- Update your information by contacting us at info@nodawgs.com
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email
- Reject ad tracking via the consent banner (or by clearing cookies and refusing on the new banner)
- Use your browser's "Do Not Track" or similar privacy settings — we honor these where technically feasible
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state with a privacy law
You may have specific rights including:
- The right to know what personal information we have about you
- The right to delete that information (subject to legal/business exceptions like completed-order records)
- The right to correct inaccurate information
- The right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we don't sell or share for cross-context advertising beyond the pixels listed above, which the consent banner controls)
- The right to non-discrimination — exercising these rights won't change how we treat you
To exercise any of these rights, email info@nodawgs.com from the email address associated with your records. We'll verify your identity and respond within 45 days.
If you live in the EU, UK, or another GDPR-equivalent region
The same rights above apply, plus the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal basis for processing is typically your consent (for marketing and pixels), contract performance (for order fulfillment), or legitimate interest (for site analytics and security).
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption throughout the Site, Shopify's PCI-compliant payment systems, and limited access controls. No system is perfectly secure — if you spot something concerning, please tell us at info@nodawgs.com and we'll investigate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the business or applicable laws change. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be reflected on the Site for at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
